The board of directors of Early College of Arvada meets at least monthly on the first business Monday of every month. Notices of meetings are posted on this website and adjacent to the main office at ECA, 4905 W. 60th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado, as well as on our online Events Calendar. Additional meetings and work sessions are held as needed.
The public, parents, students, and staff are welcome and encouraged to attend board meetings to learn more about the governance of the school. Board meetings are open to the public, except in cases when the board must enter executive (closed door) session to discuss a personnel issue, legal issue, or receive the advice of counsel.

You may contact the board in the following ways:
1. Mail or hand-deliver a letter to the school's main office at 4905 W. 60th Ave., Arvada, CO 80003
2. Send an email message to board @ echswest.org. Your message will automatically go to every member of the board.
3. Call the main office and leave a message with the office manager requesting a return call.
4. Submit a request to address the board on an agenda item at a regularly-scheduled board meeting.
The board of directors welcomes the feedback and input from ECA's many community stakeholders, be they members of the general public, staff, students, or parents.
